DAR ABDELWAHEB

Built in the 18th century by Abdelwahab Ben Youssef, a high-ranking government official who worked closely with Bach Hamba for Hamouda Pasha. Located on Rue Abdelwahab in the Bab Menara district of the Tunis Medina, near the Kasbah, the Zitouna Mosque, and Medina’s souks. The Palace, Dar Abdelwaheb, was completely demolished and converted into a residential property. What remains today are the palace’s garden, storage areas, and guest quarters, which are currently being transformed into a 10-room boutique hotel by TUNISTORIC. .
